Who can use the site

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, and adult content must be legal in your location. By using the site you confirm both. We rely on this confirmation and do not verify identity.

What the site is

aigay.chat is an editorial and comparison site about adult AI companion services. It also hosts a short free chat preview with fifteen characters of our own. The preview is limited to a few messages; it is not a subscription service and it does not store conversations.

The characters are fictional

Every character, name, backstory and portrait on the site is invented, and the portraits are AI-generated. All characters are adults, depicted as 22 or older. They do not represent real people, they have no real feelings, and nothing they say is a promise or a statement by a real person.

Acceptable use

When using the chat preview, or any third-party service reached through our links, you must not:

• create or request sexual content involving minors, or characters described or role-played as minors, in any form;
• create sexual content about real, identifiable people, or use someone's likeness without consent;
• request content depicting non-consent, incest, bestiality, trafficking or extreme violence;
• harass, threaten or impersonate anyone;
• use the site for anything illegal where you live;
• scrape or overload the site, attack its systems, or use automated tools to get around the free message limit or the AI's safeguards.

We may refuse requests, filter replies or block access for anyone who breaks these rules.

AI replies are not advice

Replies are generated by an AI language model. They can be inaccurate, inconsistent or inappropriate, and they are entertainment, not medical, legal, financial or mental health advice. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services or a crisis line.

Third-party services

Premium features and the platforms in our comparison table are run by other companies. When you follow those links you leave aigay.chat, and that service's own terms, prices, age checks and policies apply. We do not control those services and are not responsible for them.

Intellectual property

The text, design, logo and character art on aigay.chat belong to the site's operator. You may link to any page, but you may not copy the site or republish its images without permission. Other brand names and logos belong to their owners.

Reporting content

If something on the site concerns you, including a portrait that resembles a real person or a copyright issue, follow the process in our Content Policy & Reporting page.

No warranty

The site and the chat preview are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise that they will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for any particular purpose, or that any reply will suit you.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, the operator of aigay.chat is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the site, the chat preview or any partner service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law that applies to the operator of the site, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections in the country where you live.
