Privacy Policy

This policy covers aigay.chat. It explains what data the site handles when you browse or try the free chat preview, who else processes it, how long it is kept and what you can do about it.

The short version

  • There are no accounts, payments or uploads on aigay.chat, so we never ask for your name, email or card.
  • Preview chat messages are passed to an AI provider to write the reply. We do not keep a log of them.
  • Google Analytics counts visits. That is the only tracking on the site.
  • Premium and the other platforms we link to are separate companies with their own policies.

Who runs this site

aigay.chat is an independent site that reviews and links to adult AI companion services and hosts a short chat preview with its own fictional characters. In this policy, “we” means the operator of aigay.chat. You can reach us at support@aigay.chat.

What we collect

  • Request logs. Like any website, our hosting keeps technical logs of each request: IP address, browser and device type, the page requested and the time.
  • Usage data. Google Analytics records the pages you open, approximate location (country or city), device and browser, and how you reached the site.
  • Preview chat messages. The messages you send a character in the free preview, together with the conversation so far.
  • A message typed on the home page. If you write to Marco from the home page, the text is held in your own browser's session storage until his chat page opens, then deleted. It never appears in a URL.

How the chat preview works

When you send a preview message, it goes to our server and from there to OpenAI's API, which writes the character's reply. We do not save the conversation, and it disappears when you close or reload the page. OpenAI processes API requests under its own privacy policy and may keep them for a limited time for abuse monitoring. Please do not type your real name, address or other identifying details into a chat.

Analytics and fonts

Google Analytics 4 runs on every page and sets the cookies listed in our Cookie Policy. The site's fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser sends your IP address to Google when a page loads. We use analytics only in aggregate, to see which pages people find useful.

Third-party sites

Premium buttons lead to Lovescape, and the comparison table links to JOI, Lovescape, OurDream and Candy. These links may include a parameter showing that you arrived from aigay.chat. Once you are on one of those sites, its own privacy policy applies, and any account, payment or chat there is held by that company, not by us.

How we use the data

  • to generate replies in the chat preview;
  • to understand which pages and characters are popular;
  • to keep the site secure and fix errors;
  • to answer you if you contact us.

We do not use your data for advertising profiles and we do not sell it.

International transfers

Google and OpenAI process data in the United States and other countries. When data leaves the EU or UK, those providers rely on safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long data is kept

  • Preview conversations: not stored by us.
  • Home page message: deleted from your browser as soon as it is sent.
  • Analytics data: kept for the retention period configured in our Google Analytics account, then deleted by Google.
  • Request logs: kept by our hosting provider for a limited period under its own retention rules.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, including the EU and UK (GDPR) and California and other US states, you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data, to object to or restrict its use, and to complain to your local data protection authority. Because we hold no accounts, almost everything that exists is analytics data that is not linked to your name, so the most effective step is to stop it being collected: block analytics cookies in your browser or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. For any other request, email us and we will do what we can with the data we actually have.

Adults only

aigay.chat is only for people aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone younger. If you believe a minor has used the site, tell us and we will delete whatever we can identify.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS and we keep the data we handle to a minimum. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

When this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Significant changes will be visible on this page before they take effect.
